Hi All,
I am in the process of scheduling electronic records for a federal agency. I
read GRS 20 description, but still have some questions. I do understand GRS
20 does not cover all electronic records. I would like to know the
following:

  1. If the records in the system I am scheduling do not fall under GRS 20
  do I try to determine whether it falls under any of the other GRS
categories
  then fill out the SF115 or,
  2. do I need to fill out the SF115 with the recommended retention period
  indicated by the business.
