It all depends upon KY's retention requirements and federal
legislation/regulations along with other values (legal, financial,
historical, admin/operational). but definitely dig into this link

you do not need to be a member to attend the spring seminars they are open
to one and all. but do consider a membership in ARMA International. Since
you are new to the RM there is a wealth information available to ARMA
