okay folks
at the bottom of every message that you receive from the list is an address
(see below) to which you should send messages if you need help. for those
who have forgotten here are the 3 email addresses related to the list and
their purpose

[log in to unmask] -- use this for changing your subscription status
requires an empty/blank subject line

[log in to unmask] - use this address for posting messages to the
listserv ALWAYS use an appropriate subject line

[log in to unmask] - use this address if you are having
problems with your subscription or you need your address changed because
your IT folks decided to change email naming convention. messages sent to
this address are distributed to 3 people Susan, Marc and Peter. It is
important that you use this address. try not to send messages to individuals
requesting help since we may be offline, traveling etc

if you are unsure about commands go to the listserv archives and search for
ADMIN messages. I know I've posted a boatload over the years.
