I hear that same complaint all the time. my question is how many of those
emails are business related. I'm not saying i'm perfect, but I use my
business email account only for business related activities. As a result I
receive no spam, no jokes, nothing but business and I would hazard that I
can quickly classify my emails since I receive about 25 emails per day (an
average since some days I won' t receive anything). Now for non-business
emails I use 2 gmail, 2 yahoo, and 1 aol

part of email management is doing an analysis of how the email system is
being used and for what purposes. Reducing the amount of non-business
related email will greatly reduce that 150+ count
