Then you will have a difficult time. First You need to establish a group
from RM, Legal, IT and ?? to identify the functional requirements for an
email management system. First would be "must be able to work with current
ERMS" Second you need to determine if it is manages email using business
rules or it just captures and stores all emails ('archiving' system)
