Nice article Dwight!!  Reminds me of the time we had to boot up an old
TRS-80 laptop we found at Rocky Flats (after installing 4 new AA
batteries since we couldn't find a power cord)!!  One question, I saw
that your building was built on an old landfill.  Was there any concern
about gasses leaching into the building from decomposing trash?  In
Denver, they built a portion of highway over an old landfill and there
were concerns about methane (I think) buildup.  They installed a series
of vents on both sides of the highway to deal with it.
