Interesting to see NISO is concerned about Standards on records management,
and is even interested in speaking about the provenance of electronic records...

I know it's there and it can't be ignored, but this ruling *IS* on a public
records case, and that may make it held to a higher standard, after all, who
cares what it costs a public agency to produce something in response to a
legal challenge? =)
