Did anyone else notice that the statements are exactly the same, yet the
first says the recommendation is to modify the definition for 11-3011
Administrative Service Manager and points to 08-0938. Then 08-0938 says
exactly the same thing and points back. I would have thought 08-0938 would
state the recommendation to modify the definition for 11-3011 Admin. Serv.
Managers. 

Maybe I'm missing another docket #?
