Never. I guess they foolishly think that will save them money. Following
a regular timely destruction process under a valid records retention
schedule to reduce boxes in storage consistently will reduce the fees as well as
a solid program of what can and cannot go to offsite to eliminate "Susie's
Desk Files" boxes.
