Thanks to everyone who is answering my query.  It's definitely helping
me know that I'm not out in left field when I tell my management that if
we need a record, we need it.

Has anyone been in a circumstance where you were limited by your company
to only pulling boxes from offsite storage monthly, or quarterly,
instead of when the record was requested?
