Two of them will appear in the next two issues of Archivaria, which
exists both in print and online. To get Archivaria either way one
needs to subscribe to the journal or to be a member of the
Association of Canadian Archivists. Other two are going to be
chapters in two books (collections of articles--one published by
Facet and one by the Digital Renassaince Project), not my preferred
way of publishing on the matter, but the things I write about are
time sensitive and I rather have an article out within a year than in
my preferred journal. Still other two have just come out on the
Encyclopedia of Library and Information Science". One is going to be
on Archivi & Computer, accessible through subscription. Of course,
these publications are all available through academic libraries.

It is not allowed. If I remember correctly, articles published in
Archivaria can be re-printed five years after first publication on
other journals. However, this would not be possible for articles
published in Archival Science, which holds the copyright on
everything it publishes. Every journal has different rules, but none
of the major scholarly journal allows for re-printing before at least
five years. This is the way they make money.

I do not think is a question of trouble. It is almost like showing
off... It still would not provide easy access to the material.
