Yes, it has been referred to as an example of what NA should have.  I 
think that there are enough researchers and writers out there to fill 
one NA journal just like that.  Or, we have all to sit in line to get 
on one existing RM peer-reviewed journal...well, two, with the 
Australian one, and perhaps three with the Italian one.
