For those of you specifically in the Retail industry, what has been your
experience in regards to retention decisions involving customer
sales/transaction history data?  

 

I am well aware of the retention decision process (legal, regulatory,
operational, historical, etc.), but I am looking for particular
experiences with this type of data.
