Hi All: I'm interested in touching base with corporate records managers that operate in a multi-repository environment that have tackled (or have contemplated tackling) the project of defining an organizational strategy for managing unstructured content. Specifically, I'd like to talk to RMs who use shared drives + SharePoint + custom repositories + databases, etc. I have a few specific questions that I'd like to pose:

* Did you do away with shared drives in favor of SharePoint?

* If not, how did you decide what migrates to SharePoint and what stays in shared drives (if, in fact, those decisions were even made)?

* What other types of content repositories do you have in addition to SharePoint and shared drives?

* Who manages the various content repositories?

If you are willing to share some info, please reply via email and I'll follow up by phone. Thanks very much for your assistance, and I hope you're all having a great holiday season.
