Hi, I would like to encourage others to seek out their CRM as William has
suggested..

When I looked at achieving this lofty goal, I thought it would be too
difficult to attain. But working with a mentor over the past six months,
I learned what was required, how to write in a cohesive manner and write
within the given timeframes. For me, this was probably the most difficult
part. I knew that I understood RIM, but I learned many new things which I
am now able to apply to my career.

When I started this 3 years ago, I thought it was unattainable. But I
studied and worked with my mentor and voila.....I am now part of the new
class of CRM's.

Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus......oops wrong line. How about Yes
(insert your name), you can become a CRM.
