<I'm curious what could happened if the law company decides to leave all material or parts with it for ??? its own history, or as training material, or...
Who is now will be responcible at all for all documents in that file, from copyright or privacy issues or other, at all?>

The law firm has an ethical responsibility to keep the files confidential.  The bar rules will determine wether the firm has a right to retain any of the materials.  Some localities will allow the firm to keep a copy of the records generated during the representation.

The clients original documents or copies of those documents are the property of the client and need to be maintained, returned or destroyed.
