Without knowing the equipment and software you are using it is difficult to
answer.
You mentioned 'copier'. If you are using a MFP (Multi-Function Printer) then
your equipment vendor would be you best choice for a solution.
There are a number of very knowledgeable vendors in the New York area that
can help.
