Dear Colleagues:

I am reviewing our retention and disposition schedules section that
pertain to graduate and medical training records in higher education and
the requirements for physicians applying for medical licensure.

I have checked a few resources, and find that in order to determine the
type of information a medical school would have to supply on behalf of
the applicant for medical licensure, I will be researching state by
state applications across the country. I wondered if you might have
seen or have a resource that defines the type of information, which
leads to the type of records we need to retain as part of a medical
residency or graduate program medical residency training that qualify
the PGYI, II, and possibly III years that medical practitioners would
receive.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
