first I would imagine that your organization does have an internal audit
group, if so you should work with them. That said look through the results

some things to consider for audit
compliance with retention schedule
compliance with rm policies/procedures
compliance with information security
at a previous employer i worked with internal audit to assist them with what
should be audited. I did not do the review, that was internal audit's
bailiwick. I worked with the unit's that had been audited to resolve the
audit findings. Think of if as good cop (RM/bad cop (audit)
