I am looking for other records managers and/or archivists' experience in using Documentum in an university setting. In particular, I am interested in hearing about issues or challenges relating to customization of Documentum properties (metadata) for student and staff IDs and what impact this had on your unit or the IT unit. Also any information on workflows and file classification configuration in Documentum would also be greatly appreciated.
