I am remembering a story that was about desegragation of a school in the states that didn't happen because of a lost letter of instruction, later found slipped down the back of a filing cabinet.
I have related that story several times, and realize that it would have more weight if I could recall the paper that published it, the school district, the date, anything...I think it was somewhere in Raindrop within the past 3or 4 years, and I tried to search the archive and couldn't locate it. Please help. I don't want to think I'm losing my mind.
Yours,
