A colleague of mine in another state agency who is not on the listserv
just inherited a file room. One of the file clerks has several plants
on her desk. My colleague has never heard of allowing plants in a file
room because of the possibility of water being spilled on documents as
well as concerns he has about bugs. For those of you that manage file
rooms, do you allow plants on people's desks or elsewhere in the file
room?
