Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) is currently seeking a
qualified, experienced individual to take on a challenging and rewarding
position as Manager, Records & Information Systems & Services. 

Reporting to the Senior Records Officer, the Manager Information &
Records Systems & Services is responsible for the delivery of
information management services to the corporation. This position
coordinates and manages a team responsible for the day-to-day operations
of corporate information including creation, classification, retrieval
and disposition.
This position provides training, coaching, mentoring, advice and
guidance to the corporate information team.  

Qualifications: 

*	University Degree (Post Secondary or graduate degree in Archival
Studies; Information Sciences or Business or Public Administration;
Library/Information Sciences) and 2 years directly related experience;
or 
*	Diploma or Certificate with 5 years of directly related
experience; or 
*	10 years directly related experience 
*	Business analysis certification an asset 
*	Certified Records Manager and/or, AIIM ERM Certificate an asset.


Skills & Abilities: 

*	Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, including the
ability to relate to all levels within the organization including the
executive. 
*	Planning and organizational skills to prioritize, design,
schedule, and monitor concurrent projects. 
*	Understanding of the intellectual framework for the systematic
identification and critical evaluation of information. 
*	Understanding of the functions of an electronic record, document
or image management systems. This includes their capabilities, risk
management intent and issues such as metadata, security, privacy and
access. 

Salary Range: $68,189 to $100,704 per annum, with an attractive benefits
package and performance-related incentives.
