Dear Colleagues,

When time permits I compile an update of timely records management issues to send out to University of Cincinnati staff and faculty. This consists mostly of court cases, legislation, and news. I focus on Ohio and our neighboring tri-state area as well as higher education. While it doesn't offer the scope of Peter's RAIN, I thought some of you who are in this area of the country or higher ed may be interested in some of the news I relay.
