Just a silly six degrees thing on an almost-Friday ... The first Chair of
the Sentencing Commission back in 1984 was Judge William "Billy"
Wilkins, 4th Cir Judge appointed by President Reagan.  Wilkins is now a
partner at the firm where I work.  We all just call him Judge.  He's
*really* cool but I'm always intimidated when in the room with him - sooooo
much presence it almost takes your breath away sometimes!

Below is a link to a short bit on his stint on the Commission back in the
80s for those who might be interested.
