Thanks to all for the excellent feedback on this topic--from both sides of the coin, and you all make good points. I don't feel quite so alone in my agitation on it now. I agree wholeheartedly with John Annunziello's last comment on his post: "But a good sales rep can make the difference between a good or bad relationship with the company."
