<My thought on that is that you could not really certify the records manager if you have no idea of what is happening on the one and only NFPA Standard that speaks to CRM's.>
Bear in mind that the CRM designation is global (the exams are given world-wide), and that NFPA 232 is U.S. only. The ICRM Exam Development Committee spent a great deal of time and effort a few years ago to remove U.S. centric questions - mostly those pertaining to U.S. only laws and standards.
