Ok, here's a somewhat tangential question:
When a form asks for metrics, how  close is "good enough"?
Often, a ballpark value can be obtained quickly, while an accurate 
number may take much more effort.
(percent of subscribers with high-speed connections, or whatever)
Should a form include the expected accuracy of responses?
