Happy Friday everyone! Reaching out to my RIM colleagues along with any
records storage vendors on the list with what is going to seem like a
strange question, but I have a good reason for asking.

What is the per cubic foot billing practice that you currently have for
records storage boxes (1.2 cf and 2.4 cf), microfiche boxes (.6 cf) and
check boxes (.6 cf)? I am curious to see if vendors out there are
basing their storage rates on the actual cubic foot of a box OR are
charging a slightly higher cubic foot rate based on the amount of space
the box takes up on a shelf.

Thanks much!
