If you feel pretty well-prepared, AND are a pretty good test-taker, take
them all in a day. I took all five in one day last May and didn't find them
too problematic. 

If you don't meet both requirements, i.e. you get flustered in a
multiple-choice exam environment, you might want to spread them out and go
1-2 per day so you don't feel under as much pressure.
