Dear colleagues:

I am seeking suggestions for helpful resources to put on a Record Center Resource Site on a corporate intranet.  The first target audience is departmental records coordinators who are minimally trained in RIM.  The second audience is end users with only rudimentary training in RIM.

What have you posted that non-RIMmers have found useful?

It seems like the ListServ has addressed this before, but I couldn't find it in the archives.  If a list already exists, please point me to it; then I would just look for updates and new developments.
