Hello all,

It has been a while since I have seen information regarding automatic
classification of emails and I am wondering if there is any new "hot
news" out there. Is this becoming a more proven technology?

Do we, as records managers, still need to rely on individual employees
solely to classify and drag and drop their emails? Thanks.

Ben Greene, CRM
