I work for an Electric Generation and Transmission company. We plan to have our generation and transmission Operations & Maintenance manuals scanned. We do not allow these manuals off of the facilities' sites. Therefore the vendor would have to do the scanning on site.

I need to make contact with vendors that provide this service to obtain budget estimates. If you know of any vendors please let me know. Also, if you have done a similar project, your experience and the dos and don'ts you can provide would be appreciated.
