Diana, you may want to try the "AIIM Solution Provider Locator" (URL:  http://www.aiim.org/Information-Management-Solution-Provider-Locator.aspx). You are more likely to get an estimate from local service bureaus (by "local" I would include vendors in the adjacent states).

AIIM is the Association for Information and Image Management, and many vendors (though not all) list themselves in that database.
