Thanks to all who gave me feedback on this question - my policies now all correctly use Records Series and the people who will implement the RIM program in their departments will be called Records Liaisons.  Record Representatives was a close second, but the word representative was harder to use in the context of other ways it is used.

Just as a Friday "pet peeve", I really think it is hard to work with words that can be more than one speech part, i.e., noun and verb.  It makes for some interesting word choices.
