dump on Friday pm, no one will see it.

the best bet is to post on  Tuesday morning. don' t do it Mondays as ever
one is plowing through work emails that came in on Friday and over the
weekends and the RAIN post (if there is one).

not being cynical, just the pattern i've observed over the years
