Responsibilities of the position include developing educational and training
programs as required to assist in meeting Records Management objectives;
performing internal audit assignments in accordance with the Olin Records
Management Policy; managing front to back audit process including
researching and analyzing relevant information, developing audit findings
with business area management, preparing and editing audit reports and work
papers, recommending necessary corrective action and process improvements in
the organization's controls and/or operations, and offering best practice
recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the
organization's processes; developing and maintaining productive client and
staff relationships; performing other audit duties as assigned;
participating in special projects and investigations as required; serving on
the Corporate Records Management Leadership Team.
Possess the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) Certified Records
Manager (CRM) certification or willingness to pursue it at Olin's expense.
