Kim,

Our process is very similar to Terri's.  If the files are not listed individually and with enough information for an "outsider" to locate the file, we don't accept the box for storage.    Yes, we had a lot of push back at first and still do from the first time submitters but once we explain why we need the detailed information we get their full cooperation.
