My office is called University Records Management. I do get calls relating to
student records fairly often and even have students stop by my office. I get
the occasional open records request. I route the calls, emails, and people to
the proper places.
I like the idea of including "risk" or "compliance" in the RM name, but the
University has an Office of Risk and Compliance which used to be called
Internal Audit. Since I report to the University Archivist, another possibility
would be to combine those functions into "Archives and Records."
