The Compliance Director, Records Management will direct efforts to formalize
policies and procedures associated with the declaration, classification,
preservation, retention and destruction of business records in accordance
with legal and regulatory requirements.​ The Compliance Director, Records
Management is the person on whom the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer-Risks
will rely to interface with IT and Operations/​Systems colleagues regarding
records management issues.
