<I'm curious as to how many of us in Listserv land actually have included guidelines/standards/procedures, etc. on the management of copying equipment in your records programs?>

Probably not so many.  Awareness of "reprographics" as a RIM component has fallen by the wayside over the years, even though it is covered (or was covered) in the CRM exam outline and covered very thoroughly in several RIM texts - including the Brown/Maedke/Stevens book everyone quotes from.  Reprographics traditionally includes copying equipment and photocopying processes, microfilming, and "blueprint" and other drawing reproduction equipment and processes.
