Records Supervisor - Washington, DC Law Firm - Top Salary!

 

Do you have at least three years experience as a Records Supervisor
within a law firm?  Are you ready to take the next step in your career
and manage a Records Department of a top DC firm?  Here is your chance
to take your records experience to the next level!  

 

A Records Supervisor is needed to head the Records Department of
downtown firm.  As the Records Supervisor, your responsibilities
include:  supervising six records clerks as well as managing the daily
operations of the file room; training all new staff and conducting
annual reviews; interacting daily with a diverse group of attorneys,
paralegals, and legal secretaries; and handling any other projects as
they arise.  The firm will be undergoing a conversion, so someone who
has experience with a records conversion will be ideal.  

 

This position requires at least three to five years of legal records
experience, including supervisory experience.  Preference will be given
to those with a college degree.  Must have strong data entry skills and
familiarity with a Records Management Database.  Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills necessary!  The firm is offering a very
generous salary, as well as the opportunity to manage your own records
