Program: Sabrina Lozano will discuss governance and best practices for planning information governance initiatives using various information content, records, and data management tools. Sabrina will provide her lessons of experience in utilizing tools such as reference models, capability maturity models, and risk assessments. These tools can be used to socialize strategic intents and gain support from stakeholders for information management projects.
Speaker Bio: Sabrina Lozano is an Information Consultant Director with Freddie Mac and serves as SME for RM policies responsible for planning in accordance with records and content management IT needs. She has experience coordinating the development of information governance initiatives related to records, data, and information management. Her background also includes e-discovery and litigation support. Ms. Lozano has an MBA in Technology Management and certificates in Enterprise Content Management and Legal Assistantship.
