We have used OmniRIM with MOSS 2007 at a client site and the integration was
complete. Only the RM staff need to access OmniRIM. All of the regular users
work in SharePoint but access the data on physical records that are in
OmniRIM. OmniRIM also contains all of the RM rules that SharePoint uses to
manage the electronic records. The two programs automatically synchronize
every 2 minutes so the data is current in both systems.
