Hi,
American Honda Motor Co., Inc., is reopening its search for an electronic
records management system for physical records. I will be as
specific as I can. It needs to manage 200,000 folders in 75,000 boxes with
retentions applied at the folder level which is also the record
series level, with room for expansion. It needs to cost less than $100,000
including hardware, installation, data migration and training. Management
wants us to get it in this quarter, and Procurement has asked what other
people are using and like.
