Hi John,

As I said I bought my camera at Toronto photo show, that organized by Henry's and has representative from all companies that production is sold by Henry's.

I had now idea about that issue, until Panasonic representative at show told me about this and the same I was told from Henry's representative.
It helped me to make decision what type of card to by - I bought Panasonic card.
It is possible that the lost is SO small that we don't pay attention, but the professional use word "archival quality" - may be they know the difference.

Regards,

Alex

Alex said "I bought Panasonic and when looked for memory card, learnt
something very interesting and new for me: when the usual card memory is
reused, it lost certain percentage of its memory."

This doesn't sound right.  I have had Nikon equipment for the past five
years and this has not been my experience.  My current card has as much
memory as the day I bought it and it has been heavily used.

Check with Panasonic on this or find someone knowledgable at Henry's.
