I would start looking in the Federal Code for 501(c)3 Nonprofit Incorporations, as this is the usual non-profit corporation status of PTOs and PTSOs.

My wife called me inquiring about the time frame to keep PTO records.
Apparently, no one is aware of the time frames at the school.

My knowledge is only with the records created/maintained by State
Agencies.   Do any of you know where I can find this information online?
