Content within Document Management repositories are an invaluable and a
competitive asset that needs to be proactively managed within an
organization.  Mission critical business decisions are reliant upon access
to accurate information.  Many organizations have a desire to consolidate
"like" platforms; realizing reductions in TCO, improved service levels and
streamlining resource manageability.  This session will describe Best
Practices of data consolidation and migration strategies

About the Presenter: For the last 17 years, Thomas Fredericks has solely
been focused on Content Management, Imaging and Automation solutions.  He's
held key positions at two Fortune 100 companies (Chase and WellPoint) with
responsibilities to create, engineer and execute Enterprise Content
Management strategies which resulted in savings exceeding $40 million.  At
both organizations, Mr. Fredericks has participated on Merger & Acquisitions
Teams, Technology Review Boards and oversaw several multi-million dollar
projects.  As Director of Data Conversions and Migrations at Cintas Document
Management, his focus has been on building a world-class practice supporting
this new and emerging market for the parent company.  Over the years, Tom
has spoken at several conferences on a variety of Content Management related
topics, most recently at the 2010 AIIM Conference in Philadelphia, PA.  He
holds a BS in Actuarial Science from Purdue University.

 

When: Registration & lunch start at 11:30 Presentation starts at noon Finish
at 1:00 p.m.

Business Meeting following presentation - open to all.  - Select board
members for the next fiscal year (July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011).

Where: Rolls Royce - UAW Training Center, 2600 W. Raymond St., Indianapolis

Cost: $15 ARMA & AIIM Members / $20 Non-members / First time attendees free
