This position will be a Senior Business Analyst supporting Southern
California Edison's (SCE) Information Governance department by conducting
research, benchmarking, process mapping and feasibility studies. The
successful candidate will be responsible for performing cost/benefit and
trend analysis as well as interpreting data, presenting findings and making
recommendations and/or decisions in the areas of Corporate Governance, File
Maintenance, and Information Lifecycle Management. Typical responsibilities
include: Developing and documenting system business requirements and
business plans; supporting strategic planning initiatives; compiling General
Rate Case data; managing the documentation of Information Governance
processes, procedures, and work instructions; completing monthly performance
reports; gathering, documenting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions on
complex data including operational effectiveness, technology, and five year
strategic planning; planning all aspects of analyses, presentations, and
implementation strategies for complex analysis; developing presentations to
be given to corporate officers, executives, and management throughout the
various business units pertaining to the various disciplines within
Information Governance; supporting Project Managers by tracking and
reporting on project performance; and performing other duties and
