I attended the Canadian ARMA conference at the end of May and  sat in on a 
session on "Putting Awareness into Your Organization".  The session was 
well done and provided many good points on awareness vs training.  They 
provided some worksheets which you may find helpful.  However, as they are 
not mine, I am not at liberty to forward them to you.  If you would like 
to contact them, they could provide some advice or forward on the 
worksheets.
